Any word surrounded by [[double brackets]] will be treated as a type-in placeholder. Missive could then prompt you to type in the values for the placeholders and will update the pasted text accordingly. Would be a great way to quickly personalise saved responses.

All incoming mail to be read by GPT and classified and categorised based on the context (i.e new enquiry, complaint etc,). Based on the classification we can have SLA rules.

Possibility to create rule on incoming e-mails to automatically create a draft with an reply using AI. This would save so much time.

Like you currently use the Facebook API for direct integration with Facebook Messenger, it would be great if you could integrate with the proper Whatsapp API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/get-started This would be beneficial for two reasons. > Saves any costs associated for Twillio > Means that we can use official landline numbers registered with Whatsapp Business instead of having a random twillio number which is inconsistent. > We have the ability to still use the Whatsapp for Business App to initiate and reply to conversations in addition to Missive. Just like with Messenger.

Provide a view in Missive where the Sender and subject line is augmented with a very short (one sentence) automatic AI summary of the message content under or above the subject line. (This is implemented in Superhuman, and it is a game changer.) This way you would immediately know what the incoming emails are about (just by glancing at your email list).

Implement a chatbot in Missive that analyzes customer support threads and generates initial responses for quick customer replies. This will allow customers to receive immediate assistance and provide a simple "yes" or "no" response, enabling human agents to take over the conversation seamlessly.

The existing GPT integration is great but would be even better if it could be invoked with a rule which could draft a reply to an incoming email. Then our team would only need to read the incoming email, read the response, make minor tweaks, and hit send!
