Pin a comment in a conversation/ email thread

It would be great to be able to pin/flag to top a comment in a conversation, so that if it has some important information you could easily find it instead of scrolling and looking through all messages. It could be used to highlight some important information about a contact or an email, for announcements, etc. with pinned / flagged comments.

Would love this one too! At the moment we convert the comment into an unassigned task with no due date so we can see it on the side bar, but it would be great to have the comments separated so they don't clog up the task list and stay open indefinitely

Please! Moved from Front to Missive & this is a feature I really miss. Its hugely helpful to surface important comments that get lost in the thread otherwise. Please add.

Just adding our team asks for this very regularly. We've been using the new "tasks" as a hack for this but it would be great to truly have pinned notes.

This would be an excellent addition. Right now we sometimes add tasks assigned to no one to pin information, but this is clunky as a task can be accidentally marked done.

This would be a great enhancement, as our projects can linger for several days to weeks in most cases, but there is basic customer info that we refer back to consistently throughout the process. Having the ability to pin this info to the top of a conversation would be very helpful and time saving.
