Possibility to create rule on incoming e-mails to automatically create a draft with an reply using AI. This would save so much time.

One use case example: We ask all customers how their experience was with us. If they respond and it's positive, we send them a link to ask for a review. If it's negative and/or they also have other points raised, we handle those. If rules had an option to work like below it would be amazing: OpenAI Query: If contents of email is positive and does not require any further action from us THEN reply with Email Template. If contents of email is negative, reply with Email Template 2 and Label it "To Action". I'm sure there are many other ways AI in rules could be used, for example to triage support tickets by priority or by best User to respond etc.

In v11.11 and older, when you click on a sender's name, and then click "All conversations", it will put that email address into the search bar, and do a search. This search has no filters, and will search the email body and to/from. In 11.12, this behavior has changed that so that it only searches to/from, and does not search the email body. This makes it useless for our purposes. In 11.12, it also automatically adds filter "Team Inbox". I do not want this filter. Remove this, or give me an option to control which filters are added when I click "All conversations". I already emailed Missive support a Loom video that explains this, but I don't want to share the video publicly because it has private emails.

There isn't currently a way to account for statutory holidays and other exceptions in rules, which means manually editing all rules when such days arrive. For example, I have a certain response to texts Monday to Friday and another for weekends, but over Easter the weekend response should apply to Good Friday and Easter Monday.

e.g. set an auto reply at weekend

It'd be cool to have an option for blocking read receipts! There are those few times when you don't want the person/company that's emailed you to know when you've read their email. :)

Add more search functions like Tag: (add label/tag to search for) To: and From: (then write the e-mail you want to search for)

Title kind of speaks for itself. Right now you can't set a rule for a team inbox.

Add the "insert signature" options to the managed signatures feature so that an abbreviated signature or no signature may be used on subsequent replies and messages in a thread.

Hi, I utilize the "Response" function for invoicing. I invoice the same 3-4 clients very frequently. It would be very useful to be able to associate a group of email addresses (client, client accounts team, my acounts team, +office) to a particular response. Please?
