I'd like to suggest adding a native microphone button directly inside the Missive AI chat/assistant panel, similar to how Shopify Sidekick, Intercom, and other modern AI assistants handle voice input. How it would work: The user clicks a microphone button inside the AI assistant panel Audio is captured in the browser and sent to a voice-to-text API (e.g. OpenAI Whisper or Gemini's equivalent) using the user's own API key The transcribed text is returned and populated as the AI input prompt Optionally, this could enable a back-and-forth voice conversation with the AI, similar to ChatGPT's voice mode Why this matters: Third-party dictation tools like Monologue work well for individual power users, but they're not practical to roll out across a whole team. A native microphone button inside Missive removes that friction entirely - team members are far more likely to engage with the AI assistant if they can simply click a mic and speak, rather than configure a separate tool.

Request to add support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for Missive. The goal is to enable integration of Missive with agents and tools that use MCP, allowing secure and standardized communication between Missive and AI models. This would simplify the creation of AI-driven automations and advanced workflows without the need for custom integrations.

Since signatures seem to just be HTML would be great to have this.

Allow the Missive AI Assistant to be able to update labels. For example, you can say, "Hey, categorise this email based on the labels we have." Also, allow this to run by rules with AI processing them and then assigning the correct labels

When you share a label with the team, the problem is that it's showing the full counter, counting all the emails and not counting only the emails assigned to me automatically.

I sent this request to help desk: Having Claude+MCP would be game changing. It would allow you to chat with Claude and send emails, check emails, etc Thanks for reaching out. Missive already supports Claude models (via Anthropic) as an AI provider, so you can use Claude directly inside Missive for the assistant, prompts, and AI rules. You can set that up under Settings > Integrations > Anthropic. Missive also supports MCP integrations, but currently as a client, meaning Missive's AI can connect to external MCP servers (Notion, Linear, Stripe, Attio, or any custom MCP server). If you're asking about Missive exposing its own MCP server so that external tools like Claude Desktop can connect to your Missive data, that's not available yet. In order to enable more workflow automation, it would be great if there was a snooze endpoint supported via API.

Integration with Justcall to be able to receive & respond to SMS within Missive and receive call history or summary of phone call when looking at client contact.

is a HubSpot MCP integration in the pipeline? I can't set it up via HubSpot's MCP portal as it requires a fallback url. Thanks.
