I come from a technical writing background and am using currently canned responses for running our service. I would find the feature of being able to feed a response into another response endlessly helpful. Here is my usecase: We are a medical clinic and offer different pathways that we need to explain to the client, many pathways share modules eg a medication trial. At the moment if I want to update the Medication Trial information I have to updated it on multiple responses, what I'd rather do is have a single Medication Trial canned response that is included in any other response that needs to have that information. This also applies to the prices for the services we need to include. This way I can also be certain we are operating on a single source truth basis where if the base canned response is correct I don't need to worry that others will be wrong. It would also make the workflow so much easier to keep tight and actually save so many clicks because I don't have to construct out of multiple canned responses any single response to a client requesting our services. If the responses that get linked or included into another have custom variables then I am certain some adjustments must be made to make it work, but I would suggest that if the custom variable name matches then they automatically pick it up and use it as defined in all linked responses, otherwise they just ask it in a single final variable definition request window
