Yes to all that and more. More customization and related fields to objects would hit the spot. Also thanks to Missive Team for bringing that in and will look forward to how it evolves.

Yes! This is a requirement for us. The integration is a great first step, but is unusable for us. We have fields that are required in Salesforce, so we can't create a lead/contact at all from Missive, since it only has name, email, and phone. We also have lots of support info stored on the account object for our clients. The whole point of SF is the customization options, so we need the same in Missive. At a minimum being able to select which fields to show and be able to create/update fields on the built in objects. The way Front handles this (https://front.com/integrations/salesforce - last screenshot) is exactly what is needed. Their even includes custom objects, which would be ideal as well, but I'd settle for just lead/contact/account options.
