Currently, there is no option to send individual-specific variables to a group in Missive.

For example: If you were to use {{recipient.first_name}} every email would be sent out with the first name of the first person in the group instead of each individual's first name.

Individual variables for groups would allow for much more efficient communication by enabling users to send personalised information to a group. Not having this feature makes it much more difficult to send mass communications and makes mass communications irrelevant in some cases.
