It would be nice if timestamps in the email/conversation list could be toggled between absolute time/date and relative time.

For example:

Absolute: Jun 4, 15:46

Relative: 5 hours ago, 12 hours ago, Yesterday

Ideally, clicking the timestamp itself would switch between display modes. This makes triaging much faster because you can immediately see how fresh a conversation is without mentally calculating from the exact date/time.
