Rafael Masson: How will this work if I live outside USA? Twilio does not offer incoming numbers outside USA :(

Alejandro Lengua: it does but it depends on the number type. In U.K. most 447 numbers will support calls and sms through Twilio as they are allocated mobile numbers for example. The rules surrounding number allocation are different in different countries. Most numbers originally earmarked as landlines will not support sms functionality outside the US. This will change in time as new numbers are realised. U.K. is close beehind with the latest round of numbers having sms abilities as well (not all though). You can also now port non-us numbers and mobiles into Twilio which preserves whatever functionality those numbers had before.

Rafael Masson: Very good! When you add services please (if possible and if available) keep in mind the possibility to use integrations worldwide, 'cause a large number of users will be outside USA or Canada :D

It'd be nice to have WhatsApp for Business integrated (if it's in some way technically possible).

Can't wait for this integration (and for Facebook and a Chat too) :)
