We use Missive with Outlook calendar integration. Each team member has their own Outlook calendar connected to their individual Missive account, and we can enable and view multiple coworkers’ calendars without issue.
Problem:
When multiple calendars are selected, events are displayed overlaid in the same time grid. This causes meetings from different users to stack on top of each other, making it difficult to quickly compare who is free vs. busy and assess availability by person.
While color-coding helps distinguish users, overlapping events remain cluttered and limit clear availability comparison.
Feature request:
Add an optional side-by-side, column-based view (similar to Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant) where:
Each selected user’s calendar appears in its own vertical column
Calendars display side-by-side rather than combined/overlaid
Availability can be compared at a glance without overlapping events
Why this matters:
This would significantly improve scheduling for teams coordinating interviews, recruiting calls, project work, and internal meetings—especially when checking availability for three or more people.
If this would benefit your team as well, please consider upvoting.
