When tagging teammates using @mentions, Missive currently displays only the first name of each user. In organizations with multiple people sharing the same first name, it becomes difficult to know which person you’re selecting or referring to — even when hovering over the mention label.

Suggested improvement:

Display the full name or email address next to (or on hover over) each user in the mention list.

Optionally, make this behavior configurable in Settings for teams that prefer shorter display names.

Why:

Prevents tagging the wrong person in teams with duplicate first names.
