Yes, the search is awful and it's causing our company to look at other options at this point.

Search is one of the areas of missive I really don't like. It's not intuitive, feels like its always been a second though, and it takes way too long.

I'm open to anything that would improve user experience with regards to search, and I do agree, it takes forever to show results.

More "options" could be helpful. Ex: search in "Team box x", this string + other string. A bit more power...
