We have a similar issue regarding the handling of conversations, but in reverse. Our preference is to close conversations rather than archive them unclosed. Archiving conversations that haven't been closed happens unintentionally. Archiving a conversation from the personal Inbox is safe, but using the same convenient keyboard shortcut in the Team Inbox can lead to accidental archiving and leaving the customer request unanswered.

Please consider adding. So many workarounds to just replicate what would be triggered “on archive”.

Yes please. When I swipe archive on an email please allow a trigger to be fired!
