Using "[]" in the "create post"-rule doesn't makes a task but just shows "[ ]". It would be handy if it makes a task like in the comment section.

It would be great to be able to make a rule that when X happens create Y task. For example: If billing@email.com emails me then a "create invoice" task is automatically created in that thread

This is for sure a must need. To be more specific, if no one has mentioned it yet:

RULE: If LABEL > Then ADD TASK

I would also love to see this brought into the rules (and the API if possible) expanded to include this, even if just supporting the "task" markdown across the board

Just tried to achieve this via the use of API and ran into the same issue. Spoke to the Missive team about this and they said come vote here. So here goes. Please add this functionality to Missive as it would improve our workflows greatly 🙏 - Surely this is a simple feature to add and wouldn't take much to implement.
