Replying - Stop Jumping to top
Abbey Garcia
When replying to an email it moves the email to the top of the inbox and then I lose my place in my list of emails in the inbox that I was reviewing. It is fine to move the email to the top of the inbox but does my view of the email list have to jump also? Leave me where I was and move me to the previous or next email as if I archived or deleted instead. It is very hard to triage my inbox when replying makes the list view jump around and then I have to find my place again.

creating a draft email reply to someone moves the original email to the top of my inbox

When I create a draft reply to someones email in my inbox, then discard the draft, Missive moves the original email sent to me to look like it has just been sent to me at the top of the inbox...

Similarly, when I reply to my oldest email (bottom), the draft moves it to the top. Then when I send, I have to scroll down to my oldest email to answer the next one.
I would rather have it choose the oldest message--or, the "next" one based on the message's original location.
