Prevent non admins from merging

I can see the merit to this, but can it be something that is a setting that can be turned on/off? It works fine for some teams, but can see where it may not for others

Donna Taylor yes, absolutely it can! There is currently NO preventing disaster; I am constantly untangling trashes and accidental merges. They’re trying to be helpful (employees) but it’s frustrating as heck. And I have to constantly check to make sure no emails are lost because they’re hiding in someone else’s thread.
yeah, It’s painful 😅
