Be able to mark/tag outgoing email with level of importance (high, low, normal priority) so the recipient can find the email quickly. this is handy when a certain email or message requires attention in a timely manner.

As for sensitivity, it would be good to be able to let the recipient know about the sensitivity of the email (confidential, private, personal)
