I find it really hard to distinguish between draft messages and messages which have been sent in a conversation. If my VA drafts a reply to an email, it's difficult to see whether it has actually been sent, without clicking into it & see that it is editable.

Would be great if draft messages could be highlighted somehow, perhaps with an outline in a different color, or a header that explicitly says "DRAFT"
