Right now, when you link two conversations, the link only appears in the thread you initiated the link from. It would be great if linked conversations automatically referenced each other, so the link shows on both threads, not just the originating one. That way you can hop back and forth between linked conversations from either side.

On top of that, a drop-down menu on each conversation showing all of its linked conversations would let you see them at a glance and jump between them quickly, rather than scrolling the thread to find the reference.

Use case: when a customer issue spans multiple threads, anyone working either side can immediately see the full set of related conversations and navigate between them.
