Hello!

We love Missive for its task management capabilities, but have found gap in functionality for conversations that do not yet have an email in them: labels cannot be applied.

To help us triage phone calls, we have begun taking the message in Missive, as a conversation in our shared inbox. The team can converse back and forth and then assign out. The draw back is that we use the labeling system for queue management, but we cannot assign labels to these conversations.

We have attempted to get around this by starting an empty draft, but this does not work and is sometimes glitchy. Dragging the conversation to a pinned label will remove it from the inbox, but the conversation will not appear in the label (only in the drafts.) When attempting to move that conversation with a draft to the label again within the draft view, the draft leaves the view but the conversation is still not in the label, effectively lost.

We would love to be able to apply labels to conversations without emails attached, or at the very list for the functionality to work with drafts, too.
