At the moment, when I use Add custom section and add multiple items, the list can become quite long, and the section itself cannot be collapsed. This makes the sidebar cluttered, especially for users who have many frequently accessed items.

Would it be possible to introduce a “Favorites” section where users can:

⭐ Pin/favourite individual items that they access frequently

Automatically group these pinned items under Favorites

Collapse/expand the Favorites section using an arrow, similar to the existing sections

Reorder favourite items according to personal preference

Keep the Favorites section separate from the existing custom sections

For example:

📁 Renewal

📁 Claims

When collapsed:

Favorites ▸

This would make it much easier to keep frequently used items accessible without having a very long sidebar.
