We get a lot of emails - that are essentially responses to threads but for some reason they start new emails rather than replying

It would be beneficial to be able to define a rule within a team inbox to auto merge conversations where the from address is the same.

This will allow for better grouping of history/context etc - and also enhance AI as it’s then one conversation rather than many
