Device-specific inbox visibility

Problem / Context:
As our business creates more shared inboxes, some users, particularly directors or managers, need visibility of these inboxes while working on desktop, but do not necessarily need to monitor every shared inbox on mobile, especially outside working hours.
Currently, shared inbox visibility appears to apply across devices. This means inboxes such as Accounts, Operations, or other non-urgent shared inboxes may be visible on mobile when the user only wants them available on desktop.
Request:
Add the ability for users to control which inboxes are shown on each device.
Example:
A user could choose to show the Accounts inbox on desktop, but hide it on mobile. Their mobile app would then only show personal inboxes or selected important shared inboxes.
Use case:
Desktop: show all relevant business/shared inboxes
Mobile: show only personal and high-priority inboxes
Out of hours: reduce visibility of non-urgent shared inboxes
Benefit:
This would reduce noise and notification fatigue, especially for users who oversee many shared inboxes. It would also make it easier for businesses to expand their use of shared inboxes without overwhelming managers or directors on mobile devices.
