Can I apply this rule retroactively to existing received mail? Rules only appear to affect new mail. Honestly though... this rule option is OK, but this should really be a default option (not hidden behind an additional paywall with rules). When you offer a single shared inbox for multiple accounts... we need to be able to see, at a glance, which account each incoming message belongs to. That should just be a given. Let us set a conversation colour in our account settings for each personal account... please :(

Philippe Lehoux hey, this request should not be set as completed since this should be just a setting without the need to use rules. The whole purpose of rules is for more “complex” things not just default account color. This is a basic feature that tools like Spark has and I believe this should be something really easy to implement.
I hope you can reopen this!
