When you reply to an email, it is assigned to you automatically. But when you send a new email, it is not assigned. I would like drafts, that I start, to be automatically assigned to me. So when I get a reply to my email, it goes straight to my inbox only.

You can now create a rule on outgoing messages to automatically assign the conversation to the message author.
