Adding support for this as well. We'd like to understand email volume per team inbox (incoming/outgoing), sender, time of day, response time would also be useful. Even better if we were able to access historical data!

Features:
- Overall activity stats by user, by team, by organization (# of responses, # of new emails) by hour, day, week, month
- For team mailboxes - which user responded to how many emails and after how long, how many assigned by user to self, how many assigned by somebody else to a user, how many assigned to user but not responded to, how many unassigned and not responded to (right now, by time/date range)
- Report with links to unresponded messages (with filters for external vs internal senders)

Analytics is something what is a must today. Guys common please add this feature and your app will be the best.

Yes this would be very useful metric! Average handling time per agent, average emails answered, etc. This is the only thing thats keeping me move our entire mailing system to missive.

Time & qty analytics per user would be immensely helpful - the only deal breaker with your software I've found , otherwise it seems a solid offering. If it's on the horizon in your roadmap please let me know
