We would love to see an AI Copilot action available inside Missive Rules. Specifically, the ability to trigger an AI instruction when a label is applied, for example: "When CRM label is added, use the connected Airtable MCP to create a record with the sender's name, email, company etc."

This would keep the automation entirely within Missive​ instead of using an AI automation platform like Zapier via Webhook. Missive has the Custom MCP infrastructure already. The missing piece is the ability to invoke it automatically via Rules, rather than only manually via the AI assistant.

This would be valuable for any team using Missive with a connected CRM via Custom MCP, and would significantly expand what teams can automate directly inside Missive.
