Add the ability to select (highlight/mark) a specific passage inside an email and attach an in-thread comment to that exact selection. The highlighted text should be clickable to jump to the linked comment, and the comment should include a “jump to text” link back to the highlighted passage. This improves precision in internal discussions and reduces ambiguity.

Currently you'd have to copy/paste the whole passage you want to discuss.
