We use labels extensively for a number of workflows. We use them to indicate status and type of workflow, as well as triggers for automation and to indicate problems. We want to provide a consistent view so that the label content is easy and quick to interpret on a visual scan.

We would like the ability to sort in some way - For manually applied labels, in order of addition would be fine. For API, allow the order of the array of labels to set the position.
