Twilio allows templates to be set up and approved by WhatsApp for sending but there is now way to access those templates at the moment. It would be great to be able to access and send from within Missive like we’re able to initiate SMS messages.

Latest version lets you create new WhatsApp message. Using your approved templates in these messages should work.

Very surprised not to see this available as WhatsApp templates are critical to WhatsApp business channel. Without them, the channel is virtually useless.

This is very important. Message unattended for 24hs hours. For example on weekends can't be retrieved withouth these templates.

Yes, I was looking for this as well! My templates in Twilio are approved and we want to use them to inform people when items they ordered at the store are ready for pick-up.
