Disappointed that this hasn't been implemented. From an engineering perspective this should be very straightforward.

It’s absolutely insane that this still is not implemented. Literally every other email app I’ve ever tried has quick actions out of the box. It infuriates me on a daily basis, every single time I get a notification on my home screen from Missive and can’t do ANYTHING with it.
How about just basic actions like Archive, Delete, Mark Read? Anything more complicated you can tap into the notification to view / action the message. But it’s so frustrating to have to go all the way into the email app just to delete a piece of spam email.
Please Missive - allocate a tiny amount of time and put quick actions in the next mobile release.

So wish Missive would implement this because it makes Missive Notifications useless. Wind up using stock email app on my phone(s) for notifications and then manually open Missive when I'm about to reply. Very frustrating.

This small change would be make this perfect!

Why is this still not added? Seems like a very simple thing to implement. Very strange this basic feature is missing

Would love some idea of where this tiny — but mighty — feature is on the roadmap.

2 years later and this feature has still not been added. The most basic feature of an email app. Wow well I am done with missive and have moved on to spark!
You have to realize missive team that development by upvotes doesn't take into account the hundreds of users that leave and won't vote for features because they don't see the simple features an email app should have. Then they just uninstall without giving feedback. Maybe I'll try you in the future. Good luck!

We need notification that we can take action on like Spark, Gmail, & Spike with Delete / Archive, Snooze or Mark as read.

Yes - this would speed things up! Great idea.
