Like we can do in gmail, will be nice the ability to sort conversations like this.

Starred Emails
Pinned Emails
Unread Emails
Rest of emails

Something like this will allow have important things always in view without changing inbox or filter in sidebar.

Absolutely!. Not a filter by unread but a sort by unread so a emails that reqire attention are at the top of the list but you dont have to turn filters on/off to be able to see the rest of your inbox!
